Is Anger that big a issue to give special attention?
Well talking about anger management has become a very common thing.
Well talking about anger management has become a very common thing.
Lets think back and see whether our ancestors were making such a big fuss over anger management! Well not that i know of. Have we ever wondered why we the recent generation is so frustrated that we are required to think for ways to reduce our frustration!.
Why do we get frustrated?
Will frustation lead to anger eventually or is there a way to control frustration before it is too late...!
The most basic and common technique is to breath in and out slowly so as to divert your attention to breathing thus distracting yourself from the cause for your frustration.
So basically if you are frustrated over an issue or someone then just divert your thoughts or action to other things which relieves you. The action can be anything like playing games, blogging, breathe in and out, gazing at the sky, etc.
If you can do this in time of anger we can say that you have greater control over your anger. If not you need to start from scratch. By scratch i mean you need to start meditating.
Wake up early and do some breathing techniques. It need not be yoga but simple breathe in and breathe out with steady flow. And keep your concentration on breathing alone.
